Job Title: Project Manager – Signage & Environmental Graphics

Our client, a respected graphics and visual communications firm with over 50 years of industry experience, is seeking a Project Manager to support their growing signage and environmental graphics division. This role blends project coordination, estimating, and permitting responsibilities in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in signage, wide-format, or environmental graphics and bring a strong understanding of the design-to-install lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities – Project Manager:

  • Prepare timely and accurate estimates for signage and graphic projects

  • Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery

  • Oversee client communication and serve as the point of contact throughout project life cycles

  • Handle permitting and code compliance for signage installations

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements

  • Troubleshoot issues in the field or during production to keep projects on track


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of project management experience in signage or environmental graphics

  • Understanding of permitting and installation practices within the signage industry

  • Strong estimating skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once


Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 based on experience
