Job Title: Project Manager – Signage & Environmental Graphics
Our client, a respected graphics and visual communications firm with over 50 years of industry experience, is seeking a Project Manager to support their growing signage and environmental graphics division. This role blends project coordination, estimating, and permitting responsibilities in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of experience in signage, wide-format, or environmental graphics and bring a strong understanding of the design-to-install lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities – Project Manager:
Prepare timely and accurate estimates for signage and graphic projects
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
Oversee client communication and serve as the point of contact throughout project life cycles
Handle permitting and code compliance for signage installations
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and material requirements
Troubleshoot issues in the field or during production to keep projects on track
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of project management experience in signage or environmental graphics
Understanding of permitting and installation practices within the signage industry
Strong estimating skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 based on experience
