Project Manager – Construction

Responsibilities:
· Oversee construction projects on-site to ensure timely completion and within budget.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and schedule work.
· Coordinate equipment and materials necessary for project completion.
· Prepare and manage project budgets.
· Monitor and report on project progress towards established objectives.
· Maintain safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ensure project profitability by managing costs and resources effectively.
· Utilize exceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
· Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges.
· Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
· Stay detail oriented and highly organized throughout the project lifecycle.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate responsibilities to ensure project success.
· Manage project changes effectively and ensure that they are properly documented.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Alternatively, experience in a directly related field may be accepted in place of formal education.
· A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
· Proficiency in B2W and ViewPoint software preferred.
· Strong communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
* Site Development experience is a huge plus: earthwork, excavation, utilities, grading, site development, paving.
