Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in general dentistry This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care while maintaining a positive and professional environment within the dental office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Perform a variety of dental procedures.
• Utilize medical imaging techniques to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Implement aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety and infection control.
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.
• Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited institution.
• Valid dental license to practice in the state.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $200,000.00 - $400,000.00+ per year
