A respected plaintiff-side personal injury firm in West Palm Beach is seeking an experienced attorney to join its growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of experience in personal injury to step into an active caseload with strong support and real potential for professional growth.

What you’ll do:
Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution
Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
Evaluate medical records and work with experts on damages and liability
Negotiate settlements and, where needed, take cases to trial
Communicate directly with clients to guide them through the legal process
What we’re looking for:
J.D. from an accredited law school
3+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation
Trial experience or strong desire to take cases to trial
Strong writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills
Client-focused, team-oriented mindset
