A respected and growing law firm in Western North Carolina is seeking a Transactional Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to join their in-office team. About the Role:

You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the start. This role is designed for an associate who thrives in a hands-on environment and is ready to contribute to complex transactions with precision, insight, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial and residential real estate contracts and closing documents
  • Managing transactions from initial agreement through closing
  • Conducting due diligence and resolving title issues
  • Advising clients on land use, leasing, and zoning matters
  • Coordinating with clients, lenders, brokers, and local agencies
  • Supporting business development efforts and strengthening the firm’s presence in the regional real estate market

What We're Looking For:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in North Carolina
  • 3–5 years of experience in transactional real estate law (commercial and residential)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
  • A proactive, business-minded approach and a desire to grow a personal client base
