Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location: Illinois Position Type: Full-Time Minimum Starting Salary: $76,000 annually -ENTRY LEVEL BCBA ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

We are seeking a dedicated and collaborative Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding behavioral team within a multidisciplinary Pediatric Therapy program. This is a great opportunity to work alongside ABA, speech, physical therapy, and occupational therapy professionals under localized, supportive management.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide behavioral support and skills development through observation, assessment, research, and individualized behavior plans

  • Deliver services directly to children in alignment with agency standards and the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts

  • Supervise behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians

  • Help children reach meaningful developmental goals through play-based, evidence-based therapy

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a human service field

  • Current BCBA certification

  • At least 1 year of experience in ABA working with children with autism preferred, though ENTRY level BCBA will also be considered

  • Valid Illinois driver’s license with a safe driving record

  • Current proof of automobile insurance

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, kneel, and interact on the floor with children

  • Must frequently lift/move up to 20 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs

  • Engage in physical activities that support therapy and play-based interventions
