Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and coordinate steel fabrication projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and communication to ensure successful, on-time, and on-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee structural steel fabrication projects from initial planning through completion

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to meet client requirements and company goals

  • Collaborate with estimators, engineers, production teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and smooth workflow

  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements

  • Prepare and present project status reports to internal teams and clients

  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers as required

  • Lead project meetings and maintain thorough documentation of project activities and decisions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing steel fabrication or structural steel projects

  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards (AWS D1.5 knowledge a plus)

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient with project management software and tools
