Job Description

Gpac is working with a Home Health Care agency near Madison, Wisconsin that is seeking an RN Nurse Administrator and Supervisor to lead and manage their caregiving operations near Madison.   This is a pivotal leadership role for a licensed RN with a strong clinical background and a passion for people. The organization is family-run and deeply committed to high-quality patient care and community impact. This role offers meaningful leadership authority, autonomy in decision-making, and direct input into organizational strategy and patient service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• RN licensure in Wisconsin (or another state with reciprocity)
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• 1+ years in healthcare administration and 1+ years of supervisory experience in home health, personal care, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Wisconsin Administrative Rules
• Experience in policy development, infection control, budgeting, and patient care planning
• Proven success in staff supervision, evaluations, and training programs
• Capability to conduct patient assessments and manage care plans
• Familiarity with quality assurance and compliance processes
• Leadership position with full oversight of clinical operations
