Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager

📍 Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time | Leadership Role

A mission-driven development and construction firm in Cincinnati is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join their growing team. This company has been transforming communities for over four decades and is known for its large projects right in Cleveland that directly effect the urban area and community.

This is a confidential hire for a high-impact role focused on leading preconstruction efforts, budgeting, and coordination on meaningful, community-focused projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage all phases of preconstruction and estimating
• Collaborate closely with development, design, and construction teams
• Analyze drawings and specifications to develop accurate budgets and scopes
• Maintain subcontractor/vendor relationships and manage bid processes
• Provide strategic input on project feasibility, cost control, and scheduling

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience in estimating or preconstruction, preferably with a General Contractor or developer-builder
• Strong knowledge of multifamily, mixed-use, or affordable housing projects
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in estimating software and plan review
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
