Now Hiring: Senior Project Architect – Landscape Architecture Focus (Hybrid / Remote Considered)

This is a high-impact leadership role with direct client interaction, team oversight, and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Lead the design and execution of large-scale landscaping, urban planning, and residential development projects
  • • Oversee and mentor junior designers (3–4 direct reports)
  • • Manage client relationships and guide them from concept through construction
  • • Direct project development, documentation, and construction supervision
  • • Participate in business development, proposals, and phased planning

Preferred Background

  • • 15–20 years of experience in landscape architecture or related architectural design roles
  • • Proven project leadership with full-cycle responsibility
  • • Master planning, installation oversight, and urban parks experience preferred
  • • Previous leadership in a firm or department is highly valued
  • • Licensure preferred but not required
  • • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Compensation and Benefits

  • • Competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 (Experience Considered)
