Responsibilities:
Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations
Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for a variety of clients
Maintain strong client relationships through communication and support
Assist in training and mentoring junior staff
Stay current on accounting regulations and tax law changes
Collaborate with partners and team members on client strategies
Qualifications:
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA certification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
2–5 years of experience in public accounting
Proficiency in both audit/attest and tax preparation
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Self-motivated and eager to grow professionally
