LEAD TRIAL ATTORNEY | INSURANCE DEFENSE LITIGATION

Seeking a 20+ years' seasoned Insurance Defense Attorney with a focus on General Liability, Casualty Insurance, and Insurance Fraud matters. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are looking to continue honing their skills by handling case files with autonomy. The ideal candidate will be open to multiple practice areas and have the ability to handle a variety of defense work. This is a daily in-office role with flexibility and a dynamic team and full staff support; bringing a passionate work ethic and building relationships are strongly encouraged - a refreshingly collegial work environment inspiring team building and offering family-friendly events.
Areas of practice include: Catastrophic Liability Defense, Commercial Auto and Trucking, Construction Defect, General Liability.
Duties and responsibilities:

Trial to verdict experience required

Draft discovery, requests, responses, legal research

Prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions

Strong written and verbal communication
For the determined and motivated individual seeking autonomy, the compensation structure is a base salary range of $160K - $180K; higher compensation based on trial experience, no book needed. Additional details on benefits, 401K and unlimited PTO can be provided. First interview via zoom call; second in-person. Writing samples are helpful to facilitatate a quick process and next steps.
