700 new patients annually
Patient base: Adults & Pediatrics
Payer mix: PPO, Medicaid, Cash
Solo-dentist model with full clinical autonomy
Up to $25,000 Monthly Guarantee (based on experience/location)

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Dental License in the State of Texas
DEA, BLS, and ACLS certifications

Comfortable treating patients of all ages
Texas Medicaid credentialed (or eligible)
