Key Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years handling probate matters, including formal and summary administrations, guardianships, and related litigation
Licensed: Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
Skills: Strong understanding of Florida probate rules and procedures, excellent client communication, and the ability to manage files from intake through resolution
Additional Assets: Experience with estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs) is a plus
