A leading commercial construction firm in the Miami and Fort Lauderdale, FL area is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee field operations on a variety of commercial projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels at managing job sites, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Candidates should be comfortable traveling to various project locations as needed.
Superintendent Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
✔️ Proven success managing ground-up or remodel jobs
✔️ Strong knowledge of safety protocols, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
✔️ Excellent leadership and on-site communication skills
✔️ Ability to travel 100% and stay on-site for project durations
✔️ OSHA 30 certified (preferred)
