Job Description

We are a metal fabrication company, proudly serving the industry for over a century, currently looking for a skilled Tool and Die Maker to join our team. We are a family-owned business and many of our team members have been with us for years.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose and repair progressive stamping dies, including disassembly and reassembly

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on tools to maintain production quality

  • Utilize manual and automated toolroom machinery such as lathes and surface grinders

  • Confirm part dimensions and alignments using precision measuring instruments

  • Apply knowledge of die components like cams, timing, forming, and clearance settings

  • Work within safety protocols and communicate effectively with the team

  • Willingness to work overtime when needed

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma required

  • 5+ years of hands-on tool & die repair experience (metal stamping preferred)

  • Expertise in progressive dies is essential

  • Journeyman Toolmaker certification is a plus

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Familiar with both metric and imperial measurement systems

  • Own your own toolbox and hand/measuring tools

  • Able to lift and handle up to 35 lbs
