What You'll Be Doing:
Diagnose and repair progressive stamping dies, including disassembly and reassembly
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on tools to maintain production quality
Utilize manual and automated toolroom machinery such as lathes and surface grinders
Confirm part dimensions and alignments using precision measuring instruments
Apply knowledge of die components like cams, timing, forming, and clearance settings
Work within safety protocols and communicate effectively with the team
Willingness to work overtime when needed
What You Bring:
High school diploma required
5+ years of hands-on tool & die repair experience (metal stamping preferred)
Expertise in progressive dies is essential
Journeyman Toolmaker certification is a plus
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Familiar with both metric and imperial measurement systems
Own your own toolbox and hand/measuring tools
Able to lift and handle up to 35 lbs
