Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Blow Moulding Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plastics blow molding and will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
· Operate and monitor blow molding machinery to ensure efficient production of plastic components.
· Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify product dimensions and specifications.
· Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to maintain product integrity.
· Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with machinery or production processes promptly.
· Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
· Fabricate components as needed, ensuring adherence to design specifications.
· Handle materials safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage and usage of raw materials.
· Assemble finished products according to established guidelines and quality standards.
· Maintain accurate records of production data, machine maintenance, and quality inspections.
Requirements
· Proven experience in plastics blow molding or a related field is preferred.
· Familiarity with plastics extrusion processes is a plus.
· Proficient in using precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes.
· Knowledge of logic controllers and their application in manufacturing settings is advantageous.
· Strong understanding of materials handling techniques and safety protocols.
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment while also demonstrating independent problem-solving skills.
· Excellent attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality products consistently.
· Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
