Project Manager

The Project Manager will serve as the primary driver of project success, providing leadership in budgeting, scheduling, safety, and quality—while serving as the key liaison for clients and subcontractors. This position calls for a high level of accountability, a passion for construction, and alignment with the company’s strategic growth goals.

βœ… Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full project lifecycle: preconstruction to closeout
  • Manage budgets, schedules, safety protocols, and quality control
  • Lead trade coordination, field operations, and client communications

🎯 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred but not required.
  • 5+ years’ experience managing commercial or light industrial builds
  • Broad knowledge of building systems, codes, and construction methods
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to independently manage projects
