This is a tremendous opportunity for a mid-level associate to work on sophisticated, high-value transactions in a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

About the Role
You’ll join a nationally respected corporate team handling mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and complex commercial transactions. The position offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to engage with high-profile clients on impactful deals.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage client relationships and advise on corporate and transactional matters
  • Draft and negotiate M&A deal documents and commercial contracts
  • Conduct due diligence and oversee deal execution from start to close
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless deal flow
  • Provide strategic support on entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of corporate transactional experience in a law firm setting
  • Strong background in M&A and business transactions
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Strong academic credentials and written communication abilities
  • Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania or eligible for admission

Additional Details

  • Full-time position with hybrid work flexibility
  • Salary range: $160,000 – $180,000, depending on experience
