We’re supporting a confidential architecture firm in hiring a Healthcare Project Manager to lead hospital, clinic, and medical facility projects from programming through construction. This is a leadership role with design ownership, client interaction, and hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead healthcare projects through all design phases

  • Manage scope, budget, and schedule

  • Coordinate consultants and client teams

  • Oversee QA/QC and technical documentation

  • Mentor junior team members

  • Support proposals and client-facing work

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience, 3+ in healthcare architecture

  • Proficiency in Revit, healthcare codes, consultant coordination

  • Strong communication and leadership presence

Preferred

  • Licensure or active pursuit

  • Experience in behavioral health or science projects

  • BD or proposal experience

  • $80,000 – $120,000, based on experience and licensure
