We’re supporting a confidential architecture firm in hiring a Healthcare Project Manager to lead hospital, clinic, and medical facility projects from programming through construction. This is a leadership role with design ownership, client interaction, and hybrid flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
Lead healthcare projects through all design phases
Manage scope, budget, and schedule
Coordinate consultants and client teams
Oversee QA/QC and technical documentation
Mentor junior team members
Support proposals and client-facing work
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience, 3+ in healthcare architecture
Proficiency in Revit, healthcare codes, consultant coordination
Strong communication and leadership presence
Preferred
Licensure or active pursuit
Experience in behavioral health or science projects
BD or proposal experience
What We Offer
$80,000 – $120,000, based on experience and licensure
Hybrid (2–3 days onsite) with remote eligibility
