What You'll Do:

In this role, you'll manage a diverse caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Representing clients in divorce, legal separation, child custody, child support, and spousal maintenance cases.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis.
  • Attending court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Providing compassionate and strategic advice to clients during challenging times.

 

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for an attorney with:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Washington State Bar Association.
  • 2  years of experience practicing family law
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently and efficiently.
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing abilities.
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to client representation.
  • Proficiency with legal research platforms and case management software.
