As a Tax Associate, you’ll work closely with our team of CPAs and clients, helping support a wide range of businesses and individuals across various industries in the Phoenix area.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing federal, state, and local income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and organizations
Assisting with tax planning strategies and compliance
Supporting clients with monthly and quarterly bookkeeping
Researching tax issues and staying current on tax laws and regulations
Collaborating with Partners and senior staff to serve a diverse, growing client base
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Pursuing CPA or EA would be great!)
1–3 years of tax preparation and bookkeeping experience (public accounting required)
Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and tax prep software
Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
