A boutique law firm in Nashville is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant with 2+ years of experience supporting attorneys in transactional matters. This role is based in-office and supports a variety of tasks including LLC formations, real estate transactions, and deal closings. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional who can remain calm under pressure and balance legal assistant duties with light operational support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a stable, well-respected firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and revise documents related to LLC formation, real estate transactions, and deal closings
• Provide administrative and paralegal support to attorneys across multiple transactional matters
• Prepare signature packets and coordinate filings
• Assist with scheduling, document management, and client communication
• Help with firm operations as needed, ideally balancing 50/50 legal and administrative support

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 2+ years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a transactional setting
• Familiarity with corporate filings, closings, and real estate documentation
• College degree required
