Remote Oil & Gas Title Opinion Attorney – Remote Nationwide

Salary: $175K–$185K+, DOE

 

A respected mid-sized energy law firm headquartered in Houston is seeking a remote Oil & Gas Title Opinion Attorney with significant experience in the Permian or Bakken Regions. Though the firm has no Oklahoma City office, several of its attorneys live and work remotely from Oklahoma. You’ll join a supportive environment that values quality, flexibility, and career longevity.

What Sets This Role Apart:

  • Work from anywhere—several remote attorneys already based in OK

  • Create your own billable target and schedule

  • Base salary adjusted to your billing preference and experience

  • Bonus available for surpassing billing goal

Duties Include:

  • Draft drilling, division order, and acquisition title opinions

  • Conduct mineral title research and ownership analysis

  • Focus on Texas and other major producing states

  • Optional opportunity to manage other attorneys (hourly pay applies)
