Key Responsibilities:
Manage a growing caseload of divorce, child custody, and family law matters
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials under supervision
Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Conduct legal research and maintain case strategy with senior attorneys
Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
Qualifications:
J.D. and licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) to practice in Texas
Hiring a wide range of family law experience
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Client-first mentality with a team-oriented mindset
Strong interest in courtroom advocacy and family law litigation
