A well-established and rapidly growing dairy manufacturing company with 40+ years in business is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across multiple food production plants just south of Madison, WI.

This position offers strong leadership visibility, hands-on equipment oversight, and team development opportunities. Perfect for candidates with food manufacturing maintenance experience ready to lead or grow into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage maintenance for facilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment including conveyors, pumps, ovens, motors

  • Program and troubleshoot PLC systems

  • Oversee ammonia refrigeration systems and ensure compliance

  • Train and mentor maintenance technicians and supervisors

  • Lead preventive maintenance (PM) efforts to reduce downtime

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in food or beverage manufacturing

  • PLC programming and troubleshooting experience

  • Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems preferred (certified or hands-on)

  • Pneumatic and hydraulic system knowledge

  • Welding and robotics preferred

  • 2+ years of supervisory or team lead experience preferred

  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
