Outside Sales Representative – Millwork & Cabinetry
Are you a driven and motivated sales professional with a background in architectural millwork and cabinetry? Join a growing team offering an exciting opportunity to represent high-quality millwork products to architects, designers, contractors, and developers.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be the key connection between the company and clients. Your mission: build strong relationships, provide expert solutions, and grow revenue by engaging key decision-makers in the construction and design industry. We're looking for someone with a hands-on, proactive mindset and the ability to deliver results in a high-opportunity market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the contractor and developer segment
Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and estimates based on client needs
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a performance-based environment
Build long-term partnerships with contractors, architects, and designers
Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle, ensuring top-tier service
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations
Maintain detailed records of sales activity, client communications, and project milestones
3-5+ years of experience in millwork, cabinetry, or related building materials sales
Existing relationships with builders, designers, architects, and general contractors is a plus
In-depth knowledge of millwork materials, fabrication, and installation practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and architectural drawings
Proven success in a commission-driven or performance-based role
Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and estimating tools (preferred)
Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site
Compensation: Competitive base + commission
