Job Description

Seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to work with one of the area’s Top Law Firms, a distinction achieved by less than 150 of the 40,000 law firms practicing in the Tri-State area. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has experience in the Litigation practice area. The Associate is responsible for overseeing a multitude of matters to ensure timely and complete receipt. 

Requirements

  • 6-12 years of complex commercial and business litigation experience.
  • Strong writing skills necessary to draft complaints, answers, discovery requests and responses.
  • Strong research skills and oral communication.
  • Litigation experience in representing multinational corporations, financial institutions and government bodies, often in complex and important matters.

Qualifications

  • Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
  • Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.

 Salary and Benefits

  • Salary Range: $215,000 – $250,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
