Title: Commercial Litigation Associate – Confidential Search | Dallas, TX | $190K+ | Hybrid

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – In office Tues–Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)

Overview: A highly respected law firm is conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Dallas office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.

  • Conduct legal research and manage e-discovery processes.

  • Develop facts and support trial preparation in sophisticated disputes.

  • Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to deliver exceptional legal solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or equivalent.

  • Active Texas Bar license or eligibility to become licensed in Texas.

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.

  • Strong academic background and legal research skills.

  • Proven experience in complex motion practice and litigation strategy.

  • High level of initiative, maturity, and commitment to client service.

Preferred Experience:

  • Judicial clerkship or courtroom experience.

  • Exposure to high-stakes litigation, arbitration, or trial work.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary starting at $190,000+, commensurate with experience.
