Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – In office Tues–Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)
Overview: A highly respected law firm is conducting a confidential search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing Dallas office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on complex, high-stakes matters in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
Conduct legal research and manage e-discovery processes.
Develop facts and support trial preparation in sophisticated disputes.
Work closely with senior attorneys and clients to deliver exceptional legal solutions.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm or equivalent.
Active Texas Bar license or eligibility to become licensed in Texas.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
Strong academic background and legal research skills.
Proven experience in complex motion practice and litigation strategy.
High level of initiative, maturity, and commitment to client service.
Preferred Experience:
Judicial clerkship or courtroom experience.
Exposure to high-stakes litigation, arbitration, or trial work.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary starting at $190,000+, commensurate with experience.
