Job Title: Insurance Defense Attorney (3–10 Years Experience)

A respected litigation firm with a strong reputation for handling complex cases in personal injury, product liability, trucking, commercial, and construction litigation is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney. Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 30–40 active matters.

  • Litigate cases from inception through resolution, including trial and mediation.

  • Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.

  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.

  • Take and defend depositions, prepare witnesses, and coordinate with experts.

  • Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to deliver results.

Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.

  • Active law license in good standing.

  • 3–10 years of insurance defense litigation experience.

  • Strong advocacy, research, and writing skills.

  • Ability to manage a busy docket independently while collaborating with colleagues.
