Our client, a rapidly expanding leader in temperature-controlled LTL & Truckload freight, is seeking a proven Logistics Sales Executive to spearhead new business and scale existing accounts nationwide. If you know the cold chain, thrive on relationships, and have a book of business ready to grow — this is the role you’ve been waiting for.
What You’ll Do
Own the market for shippers needing cold chain solutions — become their go-to partner.
Drive new business through strategic outreach, referrals, and creative prospecting.
Manage the full sales cycle: first conversation → quote → negotiation → close → seamless onboarding.
Partner with operations teams to deliver flawlessly.
Leverage market intelligence to spot trends and turn them into profitable deals.
What You Bring
3+ years of freight/logistics sales experience, ideally in temperature-controlled freight.
Proven ability to generate $3M+ in revenue annually — and the hunger to surpass it.
Strong negotiation skills and relationship-building that turns one-time shippers into repeat clients.
CRM know-how, Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel is a plus).
