A prestigious Naples-based law firm is seeking a Litigation Senior Associate or Junior Partner to join its dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced litigator to take on a leadership role, manage client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s continued growth.

About the Role

The Associate or Partner will:

• Manage and strengthen client relationships while providing strategic legal counsel.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including research, drafting, negotiations, and courtroom representation.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Attend client meetings and participate in negotiations, hearings, and trials.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in Florida.
• 5+ years of litigation experience with proven results.
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and review complex legal documents.
• High level of professionalism, ethics, and client service focus.
• Portable book of business is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

💰 Competitive salary range $160,000 – $200,000, commensurate with experience and book of business (not required).

Salary commensurate with candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
