Conduct takeoffs, prepare cost estimates and assemble bid packages.
Solicit subcontractor pricing and evaluate proposals.
Provide preconstruction support on value engineering and budgeting.
Qualifications:
3–6 years estimating experience with a general contractor.
Proficiency with takeoff tools and Excel.
