Your Leadership Impact: What You'll Do 🦸♀️🦸♂️
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily operations of one of our managed communities, ensuring top-quality resident care and regulatory compliance. Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, and stakeholders. Mentor community leadership, fostering accountability and growth.
- Drive Financial Success: Develop and manage budgets, optimize labor and expenses, increase occupancy, and grow revenues strategically.
- Ensure Compliance & Quality: Lead Quality Assurance & Performance Improvement efforts, maintain survey readiness, and uphold state and federal regulatory standards.
- Boost Satisfaction: Promote employee engagement and retention while maintaining an inviting, resident-focused community culture.
- Expand Community Presence: Develop marketing and sales strategies to sustain high occupancy rates. Represent the community confidently to local organizations and referral sources.
What You Bring – The Skills That Set You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Gerontology, or related field.
- Licensed Assisted Living Director (LALD) credential specific to the community’s state.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Executive Director or senior administrator in senior living or long-term care.
- Financial expertise managing budgets, census, and expense control.
- Deep knowledge of senior care regulations and quality improvement processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and engage stakeholders.
- Adaptability and resilience to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel as needed to support operational goals.
