Position Summary:
Seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the planning and coordination of mid-size commercial builds. This individual will work closely with senior PMs, estimators, and field teams to ensure cost, quality, and schedule objectives are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate RFI, submittals, and scheduling documentation.
Support budget tracking and cost reporting.
Manage communication between subs, architects, and clients.
Assist in closeout documentation and project handoff.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related.
2–4 years’ commercial construction experience.
Proficiency in Procore or similar PM software.
