A leading Arizona-based general contractor with a strong reputation in ground-up commercial and public sector construction is seeking an experienced Federal Estimator to join their growing preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of estimating experience with a general contractor, ideally focused on federal, military, or public sector work
Strong understanding of federal procurement processes, including RFPs, design-build pursuits, and negotiated contracts
Experience with projects ranging from $10M–$100M+
Ability to collaborate closely with project management, preconstruction, and executive leadership teams
Proficiency in estimating software and takeoff tools
