Overview:
The Project Manager will oversee infrastructure renewal and classroom expansion projects for K-12 clients under JOC agreements. This role requires technical competence and strong leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop scopes of work and coordinate procurement.
Direct site teams to meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
Report progress to district facility administrators.
Manage change orders and closeout documentation efficiently.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in public or educational project management.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction means and methods.
Proficiency in project tracking software.
Ability to foster collaborative relationships.
