Overview:
We are hiring a Project Manager to deliver K-12 facility renovation and maintenance projects through Job Order Contracting. The candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and quality standards for multiple concurrent projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute all project phases per JOC framework.
Engage with clients to clarify priorities and milestones.
Coordinate procurement, scheduling, and field supervision.
Track and communicate progress through detailed reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent field experience accepted.
At least five years’ JOC or task-order project management experience.
Effective communicator with strong analytical abilities.
