Overview:
The Project Manager will direct institutional JOC projects across Goodyear, including classroom remodels, facility maintenance, and system upgrades. The position requires a leader capable of managing details and maintaining a strong client focus.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and execute project documentation.
Administer budgets, schedules, and quality assurance programs.
Communicate with facility administrators and field supervisors.
Evaluate project performance metrics and implement improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent practical experience acceptable.
Minimum five years managing JOC or education sector construction projects.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
