Immediately Hiring: Hospice Director, RN                                                             

Location: Minnesota
Annual Salary Range: $105,000 – $115,000

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, support, and inspire the hospice care team to deliver safe, compassionate, and effective care
  • Plan, assign, and monitor staff performance to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Hire, train, evaluate, and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
  • Oversee scheduling for maximum productivity and continuity of patient care
  • Facilitate IDG (Interdisciplinary Group) meetings and participate in organizational and facility meetings
  • Contribute to program growth through community education and relationship building
  • Manage hospice caseloads and support staff as needed
  • Provide educational opportunities and in-services ensuring compliance with QAPI, agency policy, and regulatory standards

What We’re Looking For

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program; active RN license in good standing in the state of Minnesota
  • Minimum two years of hospice nursing experience and at least one year in a supervisory or leadership role
  • CPR certification required
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
  • Strong leadership skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
