Aesthetic Injector Nurse (RN)

A rapidly growing, patient-focused dermatology and aesthetics organization is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Injector Nurse (RN) to join its clinical team. The Aesthetic Injector Nurse is responsible for delivering a wide range of aesthetic treatments while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, professionalism, and confidentiality. This is a full-time, hourly position located at one of multiple clinic locations throughout Northeast Ohio.
Primary Duties
Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
Administer aesthetic treatments in compliance with established clinical protocols
Perform a variety of aesthetic services including, but not limited to:
Injectable treatments
Chemical peels
CoolSculpting
Microneedling
Conduct thorough patient consultations and recommend appropriate treatment plans and skincare regimens
Educate patients on procedures, expected outcomes, and pre- and post-treatment care
Identify opportunities to educate patients on additional services and treatments
Maintain detailed, accurate clinical documentation and charting
Promote a professional, welcoming environment that enhances the patient experience
Adhere to professional appearance standards and dress code
Participate in internal trainings and assist with cosmetic events as needed
Assist with inventory management and notify leadership of low supply levels
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms between patients
Build and maintain strong patient rapport to ensure satisfaction and retention
Assist with clinical procedures as needed
Ensure patient safety at all times during treatments
Essential Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of aesthetic services and skincare products
Excellent judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Up-to-date knowledge of current aesthetic trends and treatments
Education and Experience
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license
2–3 years of aesthetic injectable experience required
Proven sales experience
Proficiency with personal computers and common software applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel)
Commitment to maintaining required continuing education and staying current with product lines and services
