Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robots, and HMIs
Troubleshoot downtime and improve system reliability
Lead automation projects from concept through installation and production
What We’re Looking For
Experience with manufacturing automation in a CNC machining environment
Comfortable working on the shop floor and solving problems hands-on
Solid understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixturing
Experience with industrial robotics and automation
PLC programming and troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have
Robotic CNC tending experience (Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, KUKA, etc.)
Vision systems, probing, or in-process inspection
