What You’ll Do
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for high‑precision electronic assemblies
Support SMT, assembly, and production teams with hands‑on engineering solutions
Troubleshoot equipment, workflows, and yield issues in real time
Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation
Collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability (DFM)
Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor
Analyze production data to drive efficiency, quality, and throughput
What You Bring
Experience in electronics or precision manufacturing
Strong understanding of SMT, soldering, or assembly processes
Ability to diagnose and solve production issues quickly
Comfort with process documentation, quality tools, and lean principles
Hands‑on mindset — you’re not afraid to get on the floor and make things happen
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
