What You’ll Do

  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for high‑precision electronic assemblies

  • Support SMT, assembly, and production teams with hands‑on engineering solutions

  • Troubleshoot equipment, workflows, and yield issues in real time

  • Create and update work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation

  • Collaborate with design engineering to improve manufacturability (DFM)

  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor

  • Analyze production data to drive efficiency, quality, and throughput

What You Bring

  • Experience in electronics or precision manufacturing

  • Strong understanding of SMT, soldering, or assembly processes

  • Ability to diagnose and solve production issues quickly

  • Comfort with process documentation, quality tools, and lean principles
