Position Overview They are seeking a Commercial/Industrial HVAC Field Service Leader with 10+ years of experience to lead service operations, perform advanced diagnostics, oversee system start-ups, and mentor junior technicians. This role works across a wide range of HVAC equipment and advanced technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor field technicians
Perform start-ups, troubleshooting, and repairs on commercial/industrial HVAC systems
Service equipment including boilers, chillers, cooling towers, VRF, package units, split systems, and mini-splits
Work with advanced systems such as hydronic systems, hot gas reheat, and desiccant dehumidification
Conduct preventative maintenance and client consultations
Coordinate with project managers to ensure quality service delivery
Qualifications
10+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC experience
Strong leadership and mentoring ability
Expertise in diagnostics, commissioning, and complex HVAC systems
Strong client communication skills
HVAC certifications (EPA, OSHA) preferred
