Due to continued growth, multiple Tax Manager and Senior Tax Manager positions are available.
Position Summary
Ideal candidates will bring strong technical tax expertise, leadership capability, and proven experience in managing engagements within a public accounting environment. These roles offer opportunities for advancement, team leadership, and meaningful client interaction.
Responsibilities
Manage and review a wide range of tax returns (individual, partnership, corporate, fiduciary)
Lead, mentor, and develop tax staff and seniors
Oversee engagement planning, workflow, and timely completion of deliverables
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication and service
Identify tax planning opportunities and assist with business development as needed
Support strategic initiatives and firmwide process improvements
Qualifications
Tax Manager:
CPA or EA required
3–5+ years of tax management experience in public accounting
Strong technical tax knowledge and review capabilities
Proven ability to manage staff and client relationships
Senior Tax Manager:
CPA or EA required
5+ years of tax management experience in public accounting
Extensive review experience and ability to oversee complex engagements
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and advise clients
