The Role
The company is seeking an experienced A&P (with optional IA) mechanic to join its maintenance team. This is a hands-on technician role with exposure to high-end general aviation aircraft and long-term growth potential, including the possibility of future leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance
Troubleshoot aircraft systems and discrepancies
Support Cirrus warranty and service work
Maintain high standards of workmanship and documentation
Work effectively in a small, professional team environment

Required Experience and Qualifications
A&P certificate required
IA a plus, but not required
Experience with Cirrus and/or Beechcraft aircraft preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Professional attitude and pride in workmanship

Compensation and Pay Philosophy
Hourly pay structure
Minimum 5 percent annual raises
100 percent of shop rate increases over the last five years have gone directly to employees
Compensation is based on individual contribution and performance

Several team members have received multiple raises within their first year.
