A well-established and growing law firm in St. Louis is seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join its litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career attorney looking to gain meaningful courtroom exposure, work directly with experienced partners, and build a strong foundation in complex commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of business and commercial litigation matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• Handle depositions and assist with hearings, mediations, and trials
• Conduct legal research and case strategy development
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex cases

Ideal Candidate

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 3-5 years of experience in business, commercial, or general civil litigation
• Licensed and in good standing with the Missouri Bar (or ability to obtain)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to take ownership of matters
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
