Director of Nursing
Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation | Full-Time | On-Site
We are seeking an experienced LTC LEADER to lead clinical operations within a rehabilitation-focused skilled nursing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on nursing leader who thrives in operational leadership, staff development, and quality-driven care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead all nursing staff within the facility
Develop, implement, and maintain nursing policies and procedures
Oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, and continued employment of nursing personnel
Ensure adequate staffing levels and ongoing clinical competency of nursing staff
Address and manage nursing staff conduct and performance issues
Maintain awareness and oversight of clinical incidents and operational concerns
Assess and support the health and care needs of residents in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications
Current State RN license (required)
Minimum 5 years of experience in long-term care
Minimum 2 years of hands-on supervisory or nursing leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage nursing teams
Strong clinical judgment, organizational skills, and leadership presence
