We’re looking for a Licensed Architect who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping the built environment. This is an opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team that values good design, smart problem-solving, and thoughtful execution—from first sketch through construction.

If you enjoy balancing design vision with technical excellence, mentoring others, and working closely with clients, this role offers both creative fulfillment and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring design intent is carried through every phase

  • Translate client goals into thoughtful, buildable design solutions

  • Drive the production of high-quality construction documents and coordinate across disciplines

  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes

  • Manage schedules, budgets, and scope while maintaining design integrity

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented studio culture

  • Participate in pursuits, proposals, and presentations that help grow the practice

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program

  • Active architectural license

  • 7+ years of professional experience with a proven ability to lead projects

  • Strong design sensibility paired with solid technical knowledge

  • Proficiency in Revit and other design/documentation tools

  • Working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction practices

  • Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Ownership & Impact: Lead projects that shape communities and environments people use every day

  • Creative Balance: A role that values both design thinking and technical expertise

  • Growth-Focused: Clear opportunities for leadership development and career advancement

  • Supportive Culture: Collaborative team, open communication, and respect for work-life balance

  • Variety: Work across diverse project types and challenges—no two projects are the same
