We’re looking for a Licensed Architect who’s ready to take ownership of meaningful projects and play a key role in shaping the built environment. Lead projects from concept through construction, ensuring design intent is carried through every phase
Translate client goals into thoughtful, buildable design solutions
Drive the production of high-quality construction documents and coordinate across disciplines
Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes
Manage schedules, budgets, and scope while maintaining design integrity
Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Mentor junior team members and contribute to a supportive, growth-oriented studio culture
Participate in pursuits, proposals, and presentations that help grow the practice
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
Active architectural license
7+ years of professional experience with a proven ability to lead projects
Strong design sensibility paired with solid technical knowledge
Proficiency in Revit and other design/documentation tools
Working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and construction practices
Clear communicator who enjoys collaboration and problem-solving
