We’re a mid-size law firm in Boston looking for an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney with 3+ years of experience and a portable book of business to join our growing practice. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer who wants to keep building, without drowning in billables or bureaucracy.
Advise and represent employers in a broad range of labor & employment matters, including:
Employment counseling and compliance
Discrimination, retaliation, and wage & hour claims
Agency charges, litigation, and negotiations
Maintain and grow your existing book of business
Collaborate with other attorneys across practice groups
Play a meaningful role in shaping the future of the firm
3+ years of labor & employment experience
A portable book of business (required)
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Massachusetts
Strong client-management and business-development skills
Someone who wants autonomy and support
Low billable hour requirements
